Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lime Boost, we are dedicated to getting our natural hair care essentials into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

 1. Processing Times

We know you’re excited to boost your hair health!

 Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

 Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.*

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers to meet your needs:

 Standard Shipping: (3–7 business days) between $10- $15

 Expedited Shipping: (1–3 business days) between $20-25$

 Free Shipping: 

 We are happy to offer  Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 70$-100$.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

 Domestic:** We ship to all regions within Canada/USA, Europa.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number * you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

Because we care about nature as much as we care about your hair, we strive to use sustainable, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Lime Boost  is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Sales@limeboost.shop if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
